Refunds and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your goods, please email within 7 days of receipt.

Please do not return your purchase to us without providing notification of your return first.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you change your mind on an item purchased online, you may return your item at your cost.

Goods must be returned in original condition, with proof of purchase, within 21 days of the purchase date.

All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund of purchase.

All change-of-mind returns will incur the original merchant service fee which will be subtracted from your refund of purchase.

We do not cover the cost of delivery for change-of-mind returns. Return postage must be paid for by the returnee.

We reserve the rights to evaluate goods upon return to evaluate defects or misuse.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less any fees and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If an item was marked as a free gift when you purchased items, no refund are offered for return of free gifts.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for providing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
