Voodoo Liner eco and user-friendly water based anticorrosive Etch Primer is easily applies easily by brush, roller or spray, spray application is recommended by either gravity pot sprayer or if using an underbody spray gun, using a gun with an adjustable spray tip for finer spray application. Using with Voodoo Liner 1ltr bladder pouch, connect spray gun with Voodoo Liner patented connector.

Physical Properties

• Resin Type: Hybrid  Acrylic Emulsion
• Solvent: Water
• Colour: White or Grey
• Finish: low sheen
• Dry Time: 2 hours @ 18°C depending on humidity
• Recoat Time: 2 hours @ 18°C
• Dry Film Thickness: 65µ minimum per coat
• No. of coats: 1 Primer
• Theoretical Coverage: 12 – 14 sqm per litre
• Thinning & Cleaning: Should not require thinning. Water clean up.

Limitations

• Do not apply when temperature is below or expected to fall under 8°C or over 35°C
• Will not stop corrosion of badly affected areas, all rust should be treated before application.

Substrate Preparation

Ensure all surfaces are clean and dust and contamination free.

Remove badly affected rust areas before applying. It is recommended a suitable rust convertor is used to neutralise rust areas before application.
